About The Event
The second workshop in the Genuinely Visible workshop series, a space aimed at disabled and neurodivergent artists (but open to all) to explore, learn and connect without pressure.
Work on your vocal technique and performance skills in this workshop led by West End performer Lizzie Bea.
Focusing on Acting Through Song and healthy singing technique, this session is designed to help you connect to your material while strengthening your vocal control. Through your own performance, and observation of other attendees, you'll gain valuable feedback from an experienced performer and teacher.
Each participant will have the opportunity to perform and receive individual, constructive feedback from Lizzie, drawing on her extensive professional experience. You’ll gain insight into storytelling through music, vocal placement, and how to bring out nuance and specificity in your performance.
Expect a supportive environment where you can take risks, refine your skills, and leave with practical tools to apply to auditions, self-tapes, and live performance.
