100 Miles In October

In the month of October, the members of Genuinely Confused Theatre Company, alongside some creative team members and friends of I'm Autistic - A New Musical, took part in the 100 miles in October challenge for the National Autistic Society.

Leonora, Edward and Olivia covered 100 miles each, alongside Aileen Inglis, Olive Llywelyn, Lucy Kashimeri and Alexander Emery. As a team we covered over 700 miles within the month of October through a variety of methods, including walking, running and rowing.

Olivia even took it upon herself to climb Mount Snowden as part of this challenge, as she was visiting Wales during October!

By the end of the challenge, the team raised a total of £1826 for the National Autistic Society, a feat we are all very proud of. Our team would like to express our thanks to everyone kind enough to donate to this incredible cause.

The National Autistic Society is a fantastic charity organisation that strives to create a society that works for everyone.

Our journey through this challenge was documented on our Instagram and TikTok page, so if you'd like to see more of how we covered our miles, check out our vlogs on those platforms.
